Who we are
TechZone is Macpherson Citizens' Consultative Committee (CCC) and RevUpZone joint collaboration platform supporting diversity and inclusion programs.
We are pleased to announce WomenINnovates - WINs@TechZone as our 1st diversity and inclusion program for women in technology. WINs@TechZone was founded in May 2022 to build an inclusive women-in-technology community centered around learning, empowerment and growth (LEG).

Our Vision
To inspire, empower and develop confident and tech savvy women.
Our Mission

To provide high quality technology, leadership, entrepreneurship, digital, educational resources available to all women regardless of age, background, race, income or religion. 

We believe that every woman has innate potential to influence and lead. WINs@TechZone focuses on instilling growth mindset, educating, coaching, character building and developing skill sets for women to become positive change-agents to our society.

We are very proud to share that we have received overwhelming responses from the community and will cater to 2 more segments of our community.

    Each chapter will be led by a Chapter Leader. Chapter leaders will form their committees and with their own respective committees they will drive the TechZone programs from 2023 and beyond.

    With these 3 chapters, we will be able to involve more people and ensure that everyone gets an opportunity to explore and discover the world of digital technology. We look forward to a successful launch of TechZone and our bright future together!
    • What we do
    WINs@TechZone organizes events, meet-ups, career coaching, speaker events, training sessions, networking opportunities for women to up-skill, learn, experience, grow, innovate, empower and leverage digital technology in their career.
    WINs@TechZone is dedicated to empower learning, training and development in building a future of diversity and inclusivity for women in innovation and digital technology.
    WINs@TechZone connect members with learning opportunities in tech through a hybrid of online and face-to-face events and regular updated resources to help members acquire new skills to thrive in their careers.

    WINs@TechZone 3 pillars of support:
    Government
    We work together with Government Bodies and community partners to drive long-term Learning Programmes to empower women in technology and to reduce barriers of entry to learning.
    Companies
    We work closely with Technology companies as our partners to serve our Diversity & Inclusion program vision to inspire, empower and develop confident and tech savvy women. We aim to support companies with a talent pool of tech savvy women to bridge the gap of women in leadership, technology inclusion and diversity programs.
    Individuals
    We are always on the lookout for passionate individuals in tech industries who are keen to support our vision and mission of WINs@TechZone.
